History

Following Willard Brooks' death, the firm of Brooks, Fleeson & Aley was announced on April 2, 1936. Associates with the firm were Carl G. Tebbe, Wayne Coulson and Paul R. Kitch. Brooks, Fleeson & Aley was described in The Wichita Eagle as one of the "strongest law partnerships" in Kansas. The firm's offices were located on the eighth floor of the First National Bank building.
