Adam Burrus was born in Wichita, Kansas, in 1983. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Saint Louis University in 2006, graduating cum laude after double-majoring in Finance and Economics. He received his Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law in 2009, earning a Certificate in Business and Transactional Law (with distinction).
Mr. Burrus joined Fleeson, Gooing in 2009 and practices primarily in the areas of litigation, creditor’s rights and bankruptcy. He is a member of the American, Kansas, and Wichita Bar Associations and is the current vice president of the WBA Young Lawyers. He is also involved in the Kansas Association of Defense Counsel, the Wesley E. Brown American Inn of Court, and the Young Professionals of Wichita. Mr. Burrus is currently serving as an Allocation Panel member for the United Way of the Plains and is a member of the Young Leaders Board for the Boys & Girls Clubs of South Central Kansas.
