Steve Robison was born in Topeka, Kansas
September 29, 1947. He graduated from Emporia State University
in 1969 and received his Juris Doctor degree from The University of Kansas in 1975. He
is admitted to the Kansas Supreme Court, the United State District
Court - Kansas, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Steve Robison practices primarily in
the areas of commercial civil litigation, antitrust defense,
intellectual property, eminent domain (condemnation), white collar civil and criminal
defense, securities, and bank, business and health care fraud
litigation. In recent years, Mr. Robison has:

Successfully defended a hospital and
health insurance carrier against antitrust claims made by another

Participated in the successful defense of American Airlines
against antitrust allegations made by the Department of Justice.

Defended
numerous defense contractors against a variety of claims by the
Department of Justice and the Department of Defense. The matters
have generally been disposed of without a criminal or civil case
being filed by the government; accordingly, the names of those
companies cannot be disclosed.

Prosecuted claims of trade secret violations on behalf of
businesses.

Defended health care providers against claims of fraud by the
Department of Justice. As in the defense contractor area, the
matters have been successfully concluded without a criminal or
civil case being filed, so the names of the companies and
individuals cannot be disclosed.

Represented landowners in condemnation proceedings brought by
state and municipal authorities.
Mr. Robison is a member of the Wichita and Kansas Bar
Associations. He has been an instructor at seminars for the Wichita
and Kansas Bar Associations on topics such as health care fraud,
securities litigation, defense contractor fraud, trial tactics,
evidence and ethics.
Mr.
Robison has been listed in The Best

for over 15 years and recently in "Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers"®
in the area of Civil Litigation Defense. He is one of four practicing lawyers appointed by
the Chief Justice of the Kansas Supreme Court to serve on the Kansas
Judicial Council, which studies the judicial system and proposes
changes to improve the system. He is a Fellow of the American
College of Trial Lawyers.
Mr. Robison is a member of the Wichita Downtown Rotary Club and
is a director-at-large for the Wichita Crime Commission. He is a
member of the Firm's Executive Committee.
