Wayne Coulson

Wayne Coulson first became associated with the firm as a bookkeeper. Mr. Coulson studied law under Howard Fleeson and joined the firm in 1935. He earned a reputation for his work as an appellate lawyer and as the City of Wichita's special counsel in the condemnation actions for the Valley Center flood control project (the Big Ditch) and the 1963 water rights dispute over ownership of the Equus Beds.
