On November 29, 2011, the parties filed a Joint Motion requesting the Court to enter an order granting plaintiffs leave to file a Second Amended Complaint, conditionally certify a Settlement Class, preliminarily approve the Settlement Agreement, approve a form of Notice for mailing and publiction, and schedule a fairness hearing to consider approvel of the Settlement Agreement.
