Fleeson Gooing attorneys Bill Townsley and Ryan Meyer were recognized for their accomplishments at the recent Kansas Association of Defense Counsel (KADC) annual conference in Kansas City.
Bill was recognized for completing his year of service as KADC president. He will continue to serve on the KADC board as past present during the upcoming year. Bill also received a special award from the Defense Research Institute (DRI) for “having contributed to the improvement of the administration of justice in the public interest.”
Ryan was the recipient of the KADC’s Horizon Award, which is awarded to a young lawyer who has demonstrated leadership and service qualities. Ryan and Fleeson Gooing attorney Nate Martens serve as co-editors of the Kansas Defense Journal, the quarterly publication of the KADC.
