The Court (Judge Clinton Peterson, to whom the case was assigned following Judge Smith’s retirement) denied Objector Stan Boles’ request for further findings of fact and conclusions of law, denied Boles’ request to amend Judge Smith’s previous rulings, and denied the motion to strike the testimony of Mr. Reineke since Judge Smith had given no credit to Mr. Reineke’s testimony anyway.
