On March 6, 2012, Fleeson Gooing attorneys Lyndon Vix and Sylvia Penner gave a presentation on business ethics as part of the Business Week activities organized by the W. Frank Barton School of Business at Wichita State University. Utilizing television and movie clips to illustrate their points, Lyndon and Sylvia addressed the topics of sales tactics, discrimination, employee privacy, internet etiquette, and advertising.
