, who was also in attendance, filed before the Kansas Supreme Court on behalf of the Association and the Eastern Kansas Royalty Owners Association in Northern Natural Gas Company v. ONEOK Field Services Company, et al
. Jason spoke on estate planning and updated the Association on recent developments with regard to the federal estate and gift taxes. Approximately 150 members were in attendance from across the state of Kansas, as well as many who traveled in from surrounding states.
