Fleeson Gooing attorney Nathaniel Martens has been chosen to participate in the 2019-20 Emerging Leaders Program sponsored by the Wichita Business Journal and the Kansas Leadership Center. The goals of the program are to develop a new generation of leaders and to keep talented young professionals in the Wichita community. This is the fifth class of Emerging Leaders chosen from a variety of fields to participate in the year-long program. Previous Fleeson Gooing participants were Adam Burrus, Ryan Meyer and Chet Compton.
Nate is a native of Newton, Kansas, and graduated magna cum laude from Washburn University School of Law in 2016 after serving as editor-in-chief of the Washburn Law Review. He was a two-time recipient of the J. L. Weigand Legal Education Trust Scholarship. He is a member of the Newton Rotary Club, Newton Young Professionals and Wichita Young Professionals.
