Fleeson Gooing is pleased to announce that Samuel R. Foreman has become a member of the firm. Sam is a 2011 graduate of Washburn University School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor degree cum laude. He practiced with another Wichita firm for five years before joining Fleeson Gooing as Special Counsel in 2016.
Sam practices primarily in the area of corporate and business law with particular emphasis on business formation, ownership structuring, intellectual property protection and commercialization, e-commerce and technology agreements, real estate and development law, and business acquisition and sale.
