Sylvia Penner, an associate at Fleeson Gooing, has been honored by Tabor College with its 2009 Alumni Medallion Award. The award is given each year to a recent Tabor College graduate who has quickly distinguished him or herself in their chosen vocation. Sylvia graduated from Tabor College in 1999 and joined the Fleeson Firm in 2008 after working for four years as a prosecutor with the Sedgwick County District Attorney’s Office. In presenting the award, Tabor College President Dr. Jules Glanzer lauded Sylvia for her, “commitment to excellence, her compassionate heart, and the way she brings together fairness, accountability and compassion to her work.”
